1 Associate Vice President Details

Job Description:
Responsible for leading the whole commercial operation in Indonesia: -Managing the Product, Marketing, Business Development, Operation, etc. -Sustaining the operations by identifying new business and generating new opportunities. -Introducing and experimenting new channels for growth (revenues, users, transactions, market shares etc.). -Managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring communication. -Handle all legal, compliance and public affair relating to the company. -Coaching, and ensuring development of the team and organization.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree and or above is preferred. -10+ years relevant experience gained in a reputable commercial environment. -Vast network in banks, Merchant, regulators or other relevant industry ecosystem. -A seasoned professional who can resolve complex issues in agile and effective ways. Track record that demonstrated impactful initiatives to the business / organization. -Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality. -Clear and structured communication in both Bahasa and English. Mandarin speaking will be a plus.

2 Finance Director Details

Job Description:
-Developing and executing the overall financial strategy of the company. -Finalizing monthly, quarterly, and year-ended book closing reports -Provide timely and in-depth analysis to management team with focus on interpretation of result, forecasting trends and driving gap closure actions. -Highly involved in corporate tax planning, cost management and risk management strategies. -Developing internal guidelines, policies, procedures for the company. -Provide guidance and training to cross-functional business partners.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. -10+ years relevant experience gained in a reputable company along with strong business acumen. -Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively balance financial and operational needs in order to deliver timely and appropriate solutions to complex business issues. -A seasoned professional who can resolve complex issues in agile and effective ways. -Strong leadership with experience in leading team. -Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.

Job Description:
-Developing and executing overall BD strategy of the company. -Developing and managing strategic partnerships with various partners. -Hands on management of the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, managing live accounts, and working closely with to close deals -Ensuring excellent communication and internal coordination to maximize revenue through cross and up selling opportunities and maximizing customer satisfaction -Effectively communicate the needs of your customers to the support team
Job Requirements:

4 Business Development Manager Details

Job Description:
-Acquire, liaise and maintain relationship with top e-commerce platform and other merchants partners for Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Products. -Analyze, filter, propose and drive the implementation for new e-commerce or merchant integration to boost company business expansion. -Assisting in management and KPI Setting for a team of Business Development Manager. -Liaise with international cross-function team (Product, Legal, R&D, Risk) to ensure smooth delivery of the business partnership project.
Job Requirements:
-Independent, and data & result driven with passion in developing business network and experienced in maintaining good relationships with partners, especially e-commerce companies. -Preferably having working experience with major Fintech payment company or top e-commerce; possessing vast resource network in e-commerce and retail industry. -Possess advanced English skills, both in written and verbal communication at work. -At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

5 Product Manager Details

Job Description:
-Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality delivery. -Drive data-informed decisions by integrating user research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements, ensuring products satisfy user needs. -Lead exploratory investigations to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses into concrete projects. -Anticipate, assess and manage issues and risks; perform root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans as needed.
Job Requirements:
-Sound experience in product management. Fintech, e-commerce, or transactional business environments will be preferable. -Ability to creatively lead through influence, drive opportunities, issue resolution, and process efficiency across complex cross functional organizations. -Work effectively in team or by self. -Have passion in financial technology world. -Have a good attitude and ready for changes. -Willing to learn the systems and synchronize with other operation teams.
